When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship in 3-5 business days. Please note that if you order on a weekend or holiday your order will ship 3-5 business days from the next business day.


When will my order arrive?

 This will vary based on when you placed your order and your location. Most orders in the US ship with First Class Mail, which can take 3-5 business days to arrive. This time doesn’t include the 2-3 day processing time.

You will be sent tracking information automatically when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update and remember that once we leave your order with the post office, it is out of our hands.

You are responsible for keeping up with the tracking, and contacting USPS if any delivery attempts are made or an item is marked ‘delivered’ but not actually delivered.

 

Can I pick up my order in person?

At the moment we do not offer in person pick up.


What if I change my mind after placing my order?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. As a small company, offering items in small quantities, we are unable to honor these options. However, if you receive the wrong item or an item is damaged, please contact us ASAP at cloverscoutstudio@gmail.com


What if I want to place a wholesale order with Clover Scout?

We’re working on streamlining this process, but until then please contact us directly at cloverscoutstudio@gmail.com


I’m looking for a product that isn’t on your website. Is there any chance you have it?

We usually have more items available at our in person events than on our online shop. If there is something you saw at one of these events and it isn’t in our online shop feel free to contact us at cloverscoutstudio@gmail.com
